Junan Insurance is a licensed insurance agency and broker based in Duluth, Georgia. We provide the following insurance products and related services:

• Personal Risk Insurance: Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Umbrella insurance
• Commercial Risk Insurance: Business Owners Policies (BOP), General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Property, and other commercial lines
• Health Insurance: Individual and group health insurance products

Our services include, but are not limited to: insurance product consultation, quote generation, application submission to insurance carriers, ongoing policy administration support, and claims assistance. We do not underwrite (i.e., we do not issue, create, or assume) any insurance policies.

3. Agency & Broker Disclosure

Junan Insurance operates as an independent insurance agency. This means:

• We are appointed by and represent multiple insurance carriers (insurers), not just one
• We receive compensation in the form of commissions from the insurance carriers whose policies we sell and service. Commission rates vary by carrier and product type
• We may also receive additional compensation from carriers in the form of volume bonuses, administrative allowances, or other incentive programs
• We do not charge separate fees for our consulting or placement services in most cases; our compensation is embedded in the insurance premium

You have the right to purchase insurance directly from any insurer, through our agency, or through another agent or broker of your choosing. Nothing in your relationship with Junan Insurance prohibits you from contacting insurance carriers directly or working with other agents.

We are licensed in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. We may not be able to assist with insurance needs in states where we are not licensed.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Any insurance quote provided through our website, over the phone, or by email is:

• Non-binding: A quote is an estimate of premium based on the information you provide. It is not a contract, a binder, or a commitment to provide coverage

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when seeking quotes, completing applications, or communicating with us. Falsifying, omitting, or misrepresenting material information may result in:

• Cancellation or rescission of the insurance policy by the insurer
• Denial of claims
• Legal liability on your part for insurance fraud

You are responsible for reviewing all insurance applications, declarations pages, and policy documents for accuracy and notifying Junan Insurance or the insurance carrier immediately if any information is incorrect. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website; however, we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free at all times.

6. User Obligations

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
